Well the only really big and noticeable change is that you can't sell jtags/rgh no more. And now you can put paid modded lobbies in the modded lobbies forum as long there's no recoveries

Well the Fifa forum is absolutely trash because people just use it to sell accounts and new rules, V5 is not out yet

No not really, The only thing that is new is some new rules that you should def checkout, You are allowed to purchase sticky topics now and Sell modded lobbies but you need to have valid proof as always.
