41212 433(5) seem to be good for me

Depends on your play style. Build up play? Possession? Counter-attack? For most players though, the best formations are the 4-1-2-1-2 (2) and the 4-3-1-2. Since headers and wingers are useless this year, your best option is to stick with narrow formations and just go straight through your opponents defense.

I love 4-3-3(5) or a basic 4-4-2

I try playing possession and I'm playing 4-3-1-2 but it just plays so badddd

4-3-1-2 works perfect for me! Try changing your style of play haha

4-3-1-2 is for fast counter attacks and one - twos. I'd go for 4-2-3-1 or 3-5-2 or even 4-3-3 (5) if you play possession.

Go with 41212, 433(4), or 4312 then. All of those are good formations this year.
