2: Top notch editing program (I don't really care which it is, just so long as you're talented with it)

3: Xbox 360 (Also a Xbox One or PS4 is preferred but not needed)

4: Skype

5: Ability to be called upon for editing on a short notice

6: Have work to show your talents
