Nope, Im planning, but now im considering buying and Fx-6300... Wondering if it'll play bf4? and with what kind of gpu should i buy? and what

Fx-6300 would be a nice downgrade from the i5. R9 380 is a better GPU than the 960. I can't suggest anything because I don't know your budget, or currency. I'd also need to know which Fractal case you have, for compatibility.

Yeah i was thinking R9 380 with the Fx-6350. Is it okey? how many watts do i need then? And i got an Arc mini r2 my Budget is 5500kr swedish Currency

No. AM3+ is a downgrade from an i5, any of them. It's a dead socket.

Yeah that will work! But is 450 watt really enough? cause if it is is 430 watt enough because i already have an corsair 430w psu.

450W will be fine. No, I wouldn't use a 430W Corsair unit because it's more than likely poor quality.
