Banned smoking in cars with under 18.... but what if the passenger is 16/17 and smoking? or both smoking... don't think they are going to be strict with the new law
its more for parents that are smoking with "Young" children and baby's.
but if you are just sitting in your car hotboxing it with a 4 year old in the back seat then you deserve a £50 fine..


I totally agree but it's also if there is two people over the age of 18 years in the car smoking and someone under 18 they will both get fined! The passenger will get fined for not telling the driver to put it out

Just be happy you can smoke/drink at 18 than 21 here in the US.

That to me is child abuse, just because you want to mess up your body doesn't mean your kids should. I have seen it countless times, the kids don't like that crap. I'd raise it to £200 fine, they should also keep the windows closed so we don't have to suffer too. :mrgreen:
