I would say hard work would be the main way of being successful but some people probably get it other ways.

In my opinion, the key to success is to be happy with the life you have. You do not need to be a billionaire to be successful. You can be working a low-wage job but be the happiest person on the planet and that person would be more successful than any billionaire in my opinion.
