I upload to Youtube with mp4 files, but when you try to upload, does it start to process and gets stuck at 0%? or does it get all the way to 95% and fails to upload?

Okay, I had this problem first too, and basically the workaround is, is when it is done uploading and starts to process, click Publish, and then once it says the changes have been saved, go to your video manager, and Wa-lah!

Why doesn't it show as that I can watch it?

Because when you go to your video manager after clicking publish, basically that's pretty much a way to kickstart it to get it processing. It should start procesing once you click publish and go to the video manager.
