ive heard you need ALL challenges unlocked (yes, including weapons ) but if not, it will definitely be released with the map pack

There is speculation that if you glitched to tenth then it somehow prevents you from getting that emblem. (although I see no reason that would happen coding wise, but that's what plenty of people will argue)

I think it has something to do with all other challenges AND time played.
If not it probably has to be awarded to you.

only way i know how to do it is get into a all titles and emblems/ 10th prestige lobby that has it unlocked they cost more but thats the only way for now

I'm pretty sure that you have to complete all prestige challenges, but hay i may be wrong because i dont know too much about the titles

wow ru serious alll u need to do is get 1000 kils with an ac-130 thats why ppl ac bost so thay can get kills for that emblem
