Hi everyone. I've been trying for the past few hours and I haven't been able to find a fix yet. Videos won't load on any browser. I am currently using Google Chrome and have the latest version of that and adobe. Everything else works fine however the videos will not load they will just sit at a black scree. Any fixes? Thanks.

That helped but instead of there just being a black screen, now it shows the first frame of the video and doesn't load past that
