Not that bad. I think everything is a bit large in size, The white text needs some layer effects and a smaller stroke (outline). I would also make the social media icons in a purple version to make them match better.

First of all, the style of the social media icons don't fit with the design , try making them more flat and using 1 colour, something like this would be more suitable:
Secondly, the stroke on the main name of the channel is too large and overpowers it a little. Also, please, don't use flares in banners (even at all), it makes it look like you are too lazy to think of a professional and clean design and you use packs.
No packs, your graphics will look shabby.
I would rate 6/10

I would say use the same font on the social media text because that font doesn't really fit the style, and size them down, also work on the lighting

I wouldn't have the black stroke on the name. Try not adding too harsh a gradient in the background like you have done, try toning it down a little
The more you practice the more you will find your preferred style and learn more skills.
