If you're bothered about your mixed monitors, you could get some nice 1080p matching monitors, or even a pair of 1440p monitors (but you will have to upgrade your GPU in order to run games at that).

What I would do is to replace your GTX 960. Even though the GTX 980ti is the better card, I suggest getting two GTX 970s and run them in SLI. I'm not sure in the US, but in the UK you can get a pair of GTX 970s for a cheaper price than the GTX 980ti. The Firestrike benchmarks of the SLI'd 970s destroys the 980ti. In games, you get better peformance out of the SLI'd 970s too.

So for a cheaper price you not only get better performance, but you also get a sexy looking PC. Dual 970s (Windforce Edtion) look amazing in SLI. It honestly makes the build look soooo nice.

But hey, do what you like.
This is just my opinion.

Hope I somewhat helped

An 860w PSU will power that system no problem if you were to get a second 970 and then you could just get another 2 1080p monitors and your good to go.

Good news for you...

Your GTX 970 FTW by EVGA is totally able and ready to be put in an SLI build. Not only is your motherboard compatible, it will not bottleneck your performance of the two cards. Your PSU is also absolutely fine. My SLI'd GTX 970s run amazingly under my 750W PSU... so your 860W PSU would be absolutely fine!

Once again,
hope this helped

if going SLI 970 get at least a 1440P panel, if not 4K.
