I wouldn't do it, me and some friends upgraded it, I went back to windows 7 in a few hours. There's also a lot of info being sent to Microsoft without the user knowing so its a bit sketchy

Thank you for that, sorta changed my mind about it
I've got Windows 10, it's really smooth and I love everything they've changed. I would recommend upgrading

Just type in your search bar Windows Update and search for updates and it will show up.
