No. By the looks of it, I assume its a prebuilt?
Whats your full budget?
Do you need a monitor, KB, mouse?
Will you overclock?

A 980Ti and an 8350 on an outdated motherboard socket. Downgrade to a 980 and get a 4460 or if you can afford it 4690k.
32GB of RAM is he biggest waste in that build. You only need 8 even for the most demanding games.
The H55 is a shit cooler for the price.
What's your budget and currency?

and that buddy is where you are mistaken
It has stuff OP won't uses, such as 32GB RAM, it's old (AM3_) and he can do a lot better for his money.

Why downgrade the 980ti? If he is going to downgrade it would be to the 970 as the 980 just isnt worth it.
Instead of downgrading the GPU, he should save over $100 and downgrade to 8GB of RAM. With that money saved and some he has left over, he can buy an i5.

If you're going to be spreading mis-information, dont post at all. This is the BUILDING section, not a pre-built section. It is not a good PC..at all.
