There are too many users reading the titles instead of reading the article itself. All I see are comments that say, "I never really liked this game" or "I don't see the point in this" or "I like this game a lot". Rarely do I see any replies that are relevant to the content. Just a section for people to spam for MVC.

The following 6 users thanked Rin for this useful post:

I usual base my opinion on the News, although some could probably be seen as spam if you're that sort of dude.
I understand what you're saying though, some are just plain stupid, but i guess everyone's after that MVC

I used to see this all the time, and even then it doesn't only apply to news articles, a lot of times I'll see people in general read the title, maybe the first or second sentence and then post something barely over the 20 character limit to raise their post count. The News articles have kind of become a shit spam with literal 1-3 word replies, in which those users will go and reply to multiple people, within the same topic and will still try their best to drag out a chain of 1-3 word replies with a group of people, to basically boost their post count. I believe almost 2 years ago, you were able to post on articles that were much older than you can now, and you would see people covering a whole page if not more, quoting each other with stuff like you have been witnessing now.

its also kinda sad because SOME of the people who do these "ya so excited for the game" type of spam comments... are kinda... popular and to me thats just really a let down.. not saying I look up to anyone but its just kinda like one of those moments where it makes you go "really -_- like really you out of all people" -_-

Those are the people who just want to get their post count up and most of the time i would just pm them and ask why.

Don't get too happy, I was referring to original post.
