See, it's really funny..
Any pizza place where I live will call you directly if you have big orders. And, in the events that the card doesn't go through, they call you and demand a new card number. So this just doesn't sound right to me. How they processed and sent out food for a $300+ and simply let it slide that the money didn't come in and still gave out the food doesn't make much sense to me..
None of my business though. I feel you deserve it. You should never trust people in general. Especially over the internet. If it takes the $300, you'll learn your lesson one way or another. Whether it's common sense or by learning from past mistakes.
Of course, I hope it all works out for you in the end of course. Just be more careful. Scammers can have thousands of vouchers who will do it just to watch you get scammed.

Bro when you go there dont go at the time they tell you to go if you are afraid to get arrested. Someone owes money. How did you send the money? I think that if its like a gift or something you can take it back. But dude tell your parents if you still live with them. Your parents might offer some comfort or advice. Sucks it happened but thats what you get for trusting something that was clearly a scam.

I'm not sure how this is a scam.
I also don't get how he got your credit card information.
Also, if anything you need to contact your bank and tell them your info was stolen.
And really.. Some scrandom on skype that you don't know offers you 50% off food.. I don't even know what to say to that.
