Me and my friend are trying to play custom zombies for the first time. we both legally bought the game from steam and we both have the mod launched... but whenever he tries to connect it says "connecting to lobby..." and then after it says "error:game session is unavailable."

What is the problem? someone random joined my game, so i dont believe it is the port forrwarding issue.
