ProJimmyRustler wrote I'm not sure how this is a scam.

I also don't get how he got your credit card information.
Also, if anything you need to contact your bank and tell them your info was stolen.

And really.. Some scrandom on skype that you don't know offers you 50% off food.. I don't even know what to say to that.

I guess "scam" wasnt the right word
he didnt get MY credit card information
he used other peoples information to order the food
and at the time you know 50% off food was great, and i did get the food
my issue is that food was basically illegal because innocent peoples credit cards were being used to buy the food

That isn't something you can get in trouble for, unless you gave him your name..
You clearly are a victim of self inflicted Identity theft.

You need to tell your parents. They should be able to help you.

Why would someone do something like this
Go to dominos and report this to them immediately

You should not be punished for something he did

In this case it is your fault tbh (sorry to be a d!ck) but if you did pay $300 worth of food from someone else then that is basically 'scamming dominoes!

I'm a tad bit confused, how did these transactions go down? Did he pay for the food, and you paid him 50% after the fact? Or how did that work? If he called it in and paid for it then you paid him back then it is his problem. How did this transaction work?

I would pay him 50% of the cost through paypal, and he would order the food, then i would pick it up.
