Do you need peripherals and a monitor?
also wait until a week before you buy with new hardware literally about to drop this week or next.

Still not a good build. We dont even know if he will overclock.

Will you overclock?
Do you need a KB, mouse, monitor?
Is $900 your max budget?

It would be better to invest in an EVGA or seasonic unit. It is an average PSU, but not worth it imo.
