I wouldn't do it bud. Most people want to take your account. You should have him show you proof first if he doesn't don't give him your information

Yes you do. But only do it with people who have sticky's. They are the ONLY users who are allowed to do them.

For one... don't listen to him. He is right to an extent, anyone can do them as long as it is not mentioned on a thread without being trusted. Stickies are who you want to gear toward the most as they are more reliable for doing it. Not saying any other modder will just take your account but get a lot of proof, make backup / security / extra precautions if you are doing it from someone who is not a trusted seller.
