Hardware is gonna drop? I was gonna buy tonight or soon (by the end of the week) Shoukd I wait and see if I get something else worth my money?

390>970 in most cases. The 390 is aimed at higher resolutions so it would be overkill for 1080p

Nvidia beats it out in some things, but in other cases Radeon beats Nvidia
