Not trying to be that guy but most prisons that have death row and give their inmate there last meal is cooked/prepared there. Like if the inmate wants a 24 oz filet and macaroni and broccoli it would be cooked at the prison even if he wants it from a specific place. Most places will let you get whatever you want but must be prepared at the prison itself.
