My old account got banned a year ago and i made a new one a few days ago. I was looking around and I got into a bo2 fun lobby. My account got banned. I got an email saying how the account is banned. Am I console banned since I got banned on two accounts?

You have to be account banned at least 5 times before being console banned buddy.

Microsoft told me that on the phone when my console
was banned.
