This probably due to a payment option being incorrect.

I called paypal and they said theres nothing wrong with my account its so dumb.. and im buying it off the credit card. but the card is linked to the bank account and my bank account has well over the ammount i need to buy it

hmm well do as it says and try again later as it does take a while to link cards and bank accounts due to verification issues
