just a quick, maybe rookie question, but can people mod games on ps4?
such as GTA cash drop lobbies? COD unlock all lobbies? is this a thing on ps4? i recently got one and have been looking for a GTA lobby but there is not even a PS4 modded lobbies thread so

No mods on PS4 yet... If you're looking for GTA lobby you'll need to go on GTA for PS3, then transfer the profile to PS4.
