He asked me to buy an account for him in exchange for TOTS Perotti and TOTS Elton.

I bought an account but got details sent to my email address instead in case this happened

How about instead of making a topic about this where us regular users cannot do anything to stop this scammer, you send a PM to a staff member with proof of you being scammed and they will make sure he is taken care of.
