I don't think you can.

You could do either of these:

1). Do the 8000 mile drive for 5mil, get some of your friends to help you and you all get 5mil

or

2). Find a modded save and transfer it to your Xbox.

but if u send some one ur save who can mod i t like me then they send it back and u put it back on ur usb but carefull they ban kinda easy and u cant just download a save u have to have ur save modded thanks to turn 10

You download a modded save and then drag it from winrar onto horizon or modio and change all the id's to your profiles, then save it, and go back to your xbox on forza horizon and you'll have it.

You don't need to send someone a save, you can just download it, trying to send it is pointless!

Actually That is not possible anymore. You are unable to swap ID's and make the save your own. That is pached for Forza horizon.
