I have an issue and I don't know what to do... I have free xbox live right now and I've had it for about 2 months now and I mean it's not an issue I'm not paying to play online but the issue is I can't buy anything or broadcast on say twitch or youtube anyone help?

May I ask, how did you get free XBL?

I pay for mine yearly but I'm just curious...
