Not sure why you continue to waste our time.

Umm i was just asking something. And if you can't tell those are old post i change some stuff from then to now I was just wondering what would be a good cpu cooler.

Don't listen to that Sanctorum kid no one likes him & he is just mean to everyone don't listen to anything he says lol

He is mean for a reason. OP has made 6 topics. If he wants to ask a question, then he could post or edit one of his other topics.

Also, "don't listen to anything he says". Rly? He is one of the most knowledgeable person on this forum. If OP doesnt want good help, then ignore Sanctorum. Waste your money. I couldnt care less.

Stop being a ****. He's just trying to get help with his PC, if you don't want to answer his threads then don't bother.

OP: If you know what you're doing try getting a liquid cooler, they're really efficient and they keep my GTX 970 running on like 30 Degrees

I've got a Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

oh cute, my 970 runs at 25C idle and 50C load with air.
H100i, waste of money imho. My 212 performed nearly as good and that's a £25 cooler compared to the £80 i forked over for this crap thing. with the H100i I went from 4.4 GHz to 4.5GHz and lost about 5-10C, I was expecting a bit more than that.

Don't cry, cutie. Stop posting useless shit on the topics in these sections, thanks. No one cares if you're butt hurt that I told you not to buy a pre-built.

MagnaFlow wrote Buuutt buuttt.. Thats a CPU cooler... Whatttt..... Maybe he ghetto rigged it on like linus did?

Might have used a G10 to use the H100i on GPU, but I doubt it, I'm pretty sure he's just talking shit.

Don't cry, precious.

First of all, the user has been helped in several occasions and completely ignored our advice which leads me to believe he's just going to do the same again.

Irnoic that you talk about OP knowing what he's doing, when you don't. Firstly, H100i on your GTX 970? rly? GTX 970 at 30c? I call bs. Prove it. H100i is shit. Zayev can vouch for that.

Really? Want a photo? If you want to waste my time enough I will happily provide a photo. H100i clearly isn't shit since I've never passed 60 Degrees ever and It beats any of
those horrible coolers that come with the CPU.

Sorry I didn't reply back before, I was busy playing CSGO.

So much more affects the temperature of the CPU other than you cooler. Pherhaps you have more fans than me in your case? Maybe your PC is at the bottom of your house and mines at the top (Heat rises BTW Quick science lesson )
Or maybe it's something to do with the thermal paste? Or maybe even since I've got a different operating system it requires more from the CPU. It's impossible to judge how good a cooler is unless you have two identical PCs.

And neither of our coolers will ever allow the CPU to go above 60 degrees, so there's really no problem with any cooler aslong as it keeps the PC cool, irrelavent of how cool it is. And guess what I've got the cash to spend on it, so I don't care so stop disliking my posts because our opinion is different.

And that's against a H80 and the H100 is far better so no, you're £25 cooler isn't anywhere near as good the corsair H100 unless you're poor AF.

hmm. I have a FX 6300. At 4.4GHz it was idling at 25C and at load it was about 45-48C
Currently my 4.5GHz 6300 is sitting at 22C and at load goes up to 42C under load.
"so no, you're £25 cooler isn't anywhere near as good the corsair H100 unless you're poor AF."
poor asf, how does that even come into this? and no, I'm not poor asf as I'm going to be upgrading soon to X99 and a few other things, coming to about £700 out of my pocket...
And my results aren't false, I ran my 212 for nearly a year in two different cases and it was the same pretty much, meanwhile my H100i has only been in My enthoo Pro and that is the case that gives it the best chance and it hasn't really impressed me for the price, when I could (and will) get a Fractal Design Kelvin S36 for £30 more and have it perform a crap ton better.

These must be some pretty good photos if they're taking 2 days to take and upload?

Sorry, unlike you I actually have a life so I don't have much time to take pictures and email them to myself etc.

First photo clearly shows 30 Degrees. To be fair, I know it isn't very clear but you can see the thirty and you also know my specs from my other PC threads.

In the second photo you can clearly see the Corsair logo, it's very dark beneath my desk so I couldn't take a better photo sadly :/

So yes, my PC easily runs on 30 Degrees and I could of gotten it to about 20-25 if I wasn't running CSGO and skype at the same time.
