Yeah that should run CSGO fine. Most people play CSGO on medium / low for best performance anyways considering most competitive players take the game very serious and any drop in frames can mess your play up completely. But yes you should be able to play. Just toss the settings on low/medium anyways or download a config file from one of the pro players and it will have everything setup the way they play.

I wouldn't expect to be running CSGO very well on that card.

Do you have a budget for a GPU and also what is your currency?
What is the make and model of your case and PSU?

I mean, for $50 getting that card is kinda pointless. It would be smarter to save up a bit more for a Mid range card $100~$200.

The graphics card I am currently using is the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980, and I run CS:GO at max settings with 300 FPS max. I had a budget gpu for 3 years while saving up for a high end one and I am pretty happy with the purchase.
