When I turn my pc on it gets stuck at starting windows screen with the logo. Then after like 5 mins it restarts. Anyone know the problem?

Does it bluescreen on boot?
Can you go into advanced boot options?
This is usually the HDD, have you dropped it lately? maybe knocked it?
Try removing the battery and boot using AC only.

Try booting from external hard drive/ flash drive see if it works, if it does then it narrows down the problem.
