Every time I turn my RGH on a Fatal Crash appears and my Xbox freezes. I have already tried unplugging the HDD and turning it on but it just turns off again. Also I bought a KV 10 minutes ago and when I put it on it said Console Banned. Please help any help is much appreciated.

Did you flash anything recently? Like your KV?

If not, put a fresh launch.ini on a USB and boot that way. It should work.
