Then add a credit card / debit card with
A billing address in the U.S. And purchase
It from the U.S. Store and keep your region
In the U.S. Till the UK version is out and
Everything will work fine

Tip:-
If you are struggling to find a U.S. Billing address
I used the Empire State Building for mine which
You can easily get from a quick google

Meh, doesn't seem worth the hassle.

I was told to do this
1.Change xbox to US
2.Make a new account
3.Get $60 worth of Gift cards
4.Use the $60 in Gift cards to purchase Fifa 16 US
5.Make the account the home xbox account
7.You'd b able to play fifa 16 on your main account!
