Get a r9 390 instead of a r9 290x.

They are both in the same price range, please do not buy the r9 290x. A 390 is able to handle games @ 1080p 60+ fps.

Look at the price. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

The 390 is cheaper...and better.

Just please do not get the "X" version. 290x or 390x.

If you're looking to get a used card. Get a 290, they go for dirt cheap now and still give great performance.

If it's new you're looking at. Get a 390!

Also, make sure your PSU can handle the new card!
