my fifa frozen in main menu loading when you see messi face, i press A and still loading forever. sorry my bad english

Hold on the On/Off button om the console for 5 seconds and it will restart your console.

thanks man but is with load problem, the game is just loading and does not enter the game menu, I can use the dashh, but the game keeps loading.
a small circle is running, and saying "loading"

Try unplugging your xbox and then going back on FIFA.
