Whenever i try to go to Cyrodiil i select the campaign and when its at the Cyrodiil loading screen a message pops up saying "Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection." and then it brings me back to the main menu. Please help

I know that you have to be a certain level to go there. Maybe that is the issue. If not then sorry I'm not sure.
