No, not at all. For your first build it is meh, but dont get it.
CPU is bad, you dont need a CPU cooler, the 960 is bad. The R9 380 out performs it.

What is your budget and currency? Ill build you one.

CPU is on a dead socket, 380 is a better option

List your budget and have someone build you one.
