What's free:
One Page, you'll receive a custom HTML5 website. You have the option of having bootstrap. However, by default it's standard HTML + CSS3. You will not receive any jquery, javascript, php, ruby e.g.

Optional Features:
If you require a larger website with multiple pages, and other languages used like php, submission forms, custom forms, picture sliders, e-commerce, forum software. then contact me via the methods below.

Good idea / concept but no one is seeking just one html page... I would say a "template" service would be more ideal since you can just design the "template".
