For an Xbox One, its okay I guess. It will not perform better than it though. Its still a pretty weak PC.

Its the GPU I'm more worries about. The CPU will do for now, but will definitely need upgrading in the future.
First thing to do is upgrade your GPU.

Don't expect to max any games out or maybe not even to play a lot of games like GTAV on medium settings. I know for sure you can probably run BF4 on LOW but maybe low medium. Your GPU is alright and you can play most games at low to medium settings. But your CPU will most likely get capped at 100% usage when gaming on GTAV, Battlefield and other games of that nature. You will probably be able to run games better than the one though imo.
I would suggest getting one of the latest i5's or an i7 3770+ so your CPU wont be maxed all the time and you will get more frames. When your CPU gets maxed at 100% you will see LOTS of frame dips and drops. So I would suggest getting a CPU before GPU.

Any links to some decent CPUs?

CPU is a good 7/8 years old at this point. It's comparable to first gen mid ranged i5's, performance wise. It could do with being upgraded, definitely. It will start to hold you back but with that GPU, it's still fine. Your GPU is about as powerful as a GTX 760. So, your GPU should be giving you decent performance at 1080p, easily. Since you're not even at 1080p, you shouldn't need a GPU upgrade quite yet. RAM is pretty minimal, but again, should do. I think you need at least 8GB RAM to run BattleField, but I'm not positive.
The first thing I'd do, is find out the make and model of both the PSU, and case. They're more than likely poor quality and could do with being replaced. If you could post a screenshot of your Speccy(download it if you don't have it) as well, and give us your upgrade budget(if you have one?), that'd be great.
TL;DR-Old rig, not great but still fine for sub 1080p gaming. Will still handle 1080p aight. Definitely worth upgrading though.
