Just started playing again im kind of a lower level my cb is 57 qnd dont have higher level skills, any decent cash i can make at this level? Any tips would be appreciated very much thanks guys!

The easiest way in my opinion is just training, woodcutting, fishing, cooking. As you get more money you can merch. Training your skilling stats would help you make more money anyways.
Edit: Forgot mining and smithing, I have a f2p friend making steel bars and selling those. Takes a little while but he makes good money.

Skill is a good way of making cash.
Fishing just fish lobbies or swordfish, more money in swordfish just drop all the tuna, you can also mine I find it's a lil slower just mine iron ore and mithril/addy if ya can. Get woodcutting for 60 for yews and 85 for magics good profit there, but easy money is smithing steel bars or smithing cannonballs free xp+profit, can't go wrong there. It's like 200k per 1k steel bars you do smithing cballs
