Let me clarify a bit more actually, planning on furthering the graphics section anytime soon?
Being that this will literally be my first post outside of the section in about 3 years,
I figured I may as well ask...

I don't mean to sound blunt, however it doesn't seem like there have been any attempts
to improve, or excel the section.. I'd actually say the latest adjustments have done quite the contrary.

The merge has been a bit annoying.. Having about 2 people a day coming and spamming
their clan recruitments, or partner requests, or business Ideas gets old..
While (at times) people who just wanna get their work seen, get dropped to the bottom
only to receive no responses.

All those who were chosen to represent the section (kings) have either disappeared,
or have had their badges stripped for trying to further fellow artists..
By trying to allow artists to further benefit their artwork, and get it seen.
I can however understand some circumstances,
seeing that this is a forum that doesn't wish to share their users.. but sometimes it really is just people trying to help others.

The last thing I'll touch on is about seeing amazing posts,
that can really help artists out, slip into the abyss.. Only because no one is there to notice it.
I won't touch on that any further, except for saying this, in the past (about) 3 years,
I can count the number of times I've seen a staff member active in the section with one hand.
I can understand why, but it always is something I'll think about time to time.

Now with all of that serious garbage out of the way, I'll ask my super serious question:
How do log in?

Coming back to this because I've got a phone, bag of doritos, and 45 minutes for lunch.

The graphics section has been complicated. It has seen s lot of talented members come and go, either on their own accord or our rule's. I consider myself fairly active in the section staff wise, I always attempt to salvage a thread or do what I need to do to keep threads there, because the last thing a section that is on the edge needs is Nazi moderating.

As for the graphics kings, Im not an admin, I can't answer that for you. While I'm happy to provide input, I do not handle or manage the badges. We have had plenty of talented users when it comes to graphics, and we appreciate all of the help they have given in the section. We have no personal vendettas or hate towards the graphics sextion , despite what people seem to think. We do not hate art or creativity, we do not ban users because we are corrupt or just don't like them.

We have had issues with ban evading, advertising, flaming, and childish behavior from the section in the past, but we are always willing to work with users to help improve the section. Now, I can't talk for all staff because we aren't all the same person. One mod may remove a thread and PM you, while another may think you deserve a warning, depending on the severity of your action.

I am aware of the situation you are talking about, with users trying to help artists improve. It is advertising. Spammingbyour URLs and advertising your site on PM and IM is against thebrules . nothing zi can do about that, I'm not aware of what you are being told, but the situation included multiple accounts and forum advertusing /Flaming the site.

As for trying to help the section grow, we have had contests and events in the past, but they typically end in people bad mouthing staff and/or complaing about the outcome. I'm more than willing to advocate for the section and do my best to help it grow, but when users refuse to do their part in following simple rules, we aren't very motivated to invest time and possibly money into it.

If anyone has any issues with the section and/or complaints/criticism please don't hesitate to PM me about it. I would love to work with people and help the section, I just need people to work with me.

So I wake up and push Mark and naggy's mothers off of me. After that I brush my teeth and be a straight G all day. Fin.

Actually my life is kind of boring, I try and make time for TTG each day (Unless it has to take a backseat for personal reasons), and other than that I'm either at work or doing work around my house.

It's not as common as you might think for me, Admins probably have to deal with this a lot more than I do. But occasionally I will get some PM spam, normally about their Lobby topic being removed, etc. General question stuff, so far nothing too bad.

If you could bring back a staff member to the team who would it be and why?

The site has changed hugely since my first days on here, and most of the changes have been for the better in my opinion. I think TTG will continue to grow, and hopefully adapt to the changes. I think v5 will definitely help grow the site and expand our reach on the internet (Connections w/ NSA?).

Sorry but I'm not really well enough friends with many Ex-Staff to answer that question, I think have do have an answer to the question, but I'd rather keep it private.

I don't know about the difficulty, as I was never really shooting to be a staff member (Although I did think it would be very cool). However as you can see, in a 1.8 million member site with only around 50 staff members, I would say the ratio speaks for itself.

I have no plans of quitting TTG any time soon, but if I had to give an answer for when I would consider throwing in the towel, it would be when it stops being fun. We all log into TTG because it's fun to be here, and to talk to people and socialize. If I ever start to wake up and dread the idea of logging into TTG, that's the time that I would start to consider ending my time here. However I don't see that happening anytime soon.

I don't remember doing anything special before becoming staff, I was a 3 year member at the time (Joined May 2011, Staff September 2014), however I do remember reporting a lot and helping users in the shoutbox.
