Not as much as one would think right now, for example I can tell you there are 14 reports at the moment.

Of course moderating the forums is just one part of the job, handling PM's, banning Mark, harassing saki, looking into other issues, there's a lot more to it than just removing posts and being corrupt.

Well in five years me personally think the site will almost finally cut the cord with CoD mods and such to become a more well rounded and respected gaming site.

Was it hard to become one? Not that I was really trying to become a mod I was just offered. Seeing I've been around about 3 years as a staff member and one of the ones left with that much tenure I can't really say.

Surprising low in terms in reports with only 20 something atm. But its more then reports. We have to guide people to where they want, and fight 1v1s etc.

Three years? Well to be honest I was only active for about 6 months straight once I became staff. There wasn't any work I was just chilling in the shoutbox doing my own thing and the offer presented itself to me so I took it.
