Both a tad over budget. If you can't afford these, just get any sub $20 keyboard for now, until you can upgrade to a decent mech keyboard.

Extremely cheap mech keyboard but you get what you pay for. Not a clue what brand of switches they are but reviews look semi good.

Personally, Id save a little more and get a proper mech keyboard.
