I really don't know why everyone is asking to join this team, as I have said many times this will no get you the recognition you should be wanting as a designer. This will lead you nowhere unless you get a group of very individual and unique designers that people like the idea of.

Personally, I am speaking from experience, most of the "teams" I have joined, I regret. If you really think you can make it work then I would like to see it!
