I have a Xbox 360 Phillips benq vad6038 disc drive and the laser has burnt out
Can I buy another benq laser and put it in and everything will be good or do I have to run it through a computer or something like that???

Yes you can just replace the laser.

Just make sure its the exact same model to the one your replacing.

there is a static point that needs to be removed on the laser before install this is on there for shipping reasons
