It didn't get a very good burn. Games will play without hotswapping without having any errors but they won't install if it's a bad burn. I suggest you invest in a flashed xbox and just use that to play isos. If you don't want to then just keep burning the game until you get a good burn. Also what settings on img burn are you using? Installing iso games are always difficult without a flashed xbox. GL and keep in mind that it wont hurt to just play the disk directly if you have a phat xbox.

There's your problem bud. Get on the 'Choose your Device' screen and wait till the laser turns off then hotswap and then click a to install.

Alright, if that doesn't work then it's definitely a burning issue. Use imgburn and don't mess with the setting at all. The layer break will pre set itself to the correct break point.
