that doesn't explain anything just because they got banned on the day its being maintenance doesn't mean they're getting banned for there thing because I'm still here playing with 400million and no resets yet the only thing they do if you bough a pre modded account they reset the xbox 360 data not the xbox one

probably you have a lower risk ban on pre modded account because once you transfer it they ban your xbox 360 data not the xbox one
