So I want to link my account to a different email, as my account is currently linked to my brothers, is there any way I can do this????

Simply change the email on the account.

ive been trying too on on xbox live.com but it wont let me, do I have to do it on my xbox?

Sign into your account, hit the xbox button and go over to the settings tab. Go down to account management. Go over to the Your information tab. Go to account security, then click on change microsoft account.

If you don't have a microsoft account, make one [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
