I received the confirmation email from Amazon but no Beta code. Is there a certain time I need to wait? Its been 10 minutes so far. Perhaps I should try again.

My orders are being automatically cancelled. I followed all instructions and when I place my order I get the email of the order details. When I first try this it was taking forever for my BETA code. So I checked the next night from when I placed the order and on the Amazon.Ca account it said the order was cancelled even tho I didn't cancel it. I reordered it a bunch of times and it keeps getting cancelled. Is there a fix for this or can someone link me to method that works.
