So i upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7
and it messed up my storage drives and im really confused on what to do.

It says on my pc i have a RECOVERY (C: and a OS (E:

on the (C: drive it says i have 0 bytes free of 19.5GB but on the (E: drive it says i have 619GB free. But whenever i try to download something it doesnt let me because it says my drive is full. please help?

When you open the C: drive is there any thing located in it ?

Yes it has the
program files
program files x(86)
recovery
users
windows

but it doesnt make any sense because before i upgraded, it was working just fine.

Wow it looks like something went really wrong with your partitions when you upgraded. I'm not to sure what could really fix this for you. You could try to reset the machine (keep in mind that this will take away your ability to downgrade back to your previous version of windows)
