You've obviously never worked with food. It's literally the most disgusting thing ever. If something like this happens at one place, it's liable to be happening at another.


Not really. It's up to the franchise owner's to know how their store is running, and if they are following all rules. Each starbucks, carribou, mcdonalds, etc... will look similar, since they have guidelines from corporate, but it's up to the owners to enforce them.
